Stick Together – v.2 – “knit together in love” – walk in groups for safety; get into and stay in a good Bible-believing church and learn to love the folks that are there. You are most vulnerable right after you get saved or right after you get upset with someone in the church.
Study the Book – v.2 – “full assurance of understanding” – 2 Tim 2:15, we are told to study.
Seek God – v.3 – “in whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge” – God gives wisdom, Jas 1:5.
Stay in Order – v.5 – “beholding your order” – Paul said, “Let all things be done decently and in order,” 1 Cor 14:40 – when you start doing things out of the order that God established, you open yourself to be swindled by someone who perverts the words of God.
Strengthen your Faith – v.5 – “stedfastness of your faith in Christ” – become stedfast n your faith so that a clever mouth can’t knock you off course.
